No. There is no deposit to book.

End of tenancy cleaning is from £155 for a studio, £200 for a 1 or 2 bed, £275 for a 3 bed, £370 for a 4 bed and £480 for a 5 bed. The final price is confirmed on your quote. See our end of tenancy cleaning page.

One-off deep cleaning is from £200. Your final price is confirmed on the quote before you book.

Yes. Prices are fixed and confirmed on your quote before the clean. Pressure washing is the one exception, because it is measured on the day and priced per square metre.

Carpet cleaning is from £20 per area, and stairs and landing are £25. A single oven is from £25 and a double oven or AGA is £45. A fridge or dishwasher is £15 and an extractor fan is £20. See all prices.

No. Our cleaners bring all the products and equipment they need.

No. You only need to arrange access, for example with a key safe or by leaving a key with a neighbour or agent.

Tell us within 72 hours and we will come back and re-clean the affected areas free of charge.

We cannot promise what a landlord or agent will decide. Our end of tenancy clean is done to letting agent standards, and if anything is flagged and reported within 72 hours we re-clean it free.

Yes. Our cleaners are vetted and insured.

Yes. Extras such as carpets, ovens and appliances can be added to your quote as separate line items.

We offer end of tenancy, one-off deep, carpet and rug, oven, appliance, after builders, sofa and upholstery, mattress cleaning, plus pressure washing. See our services overview.

We clean exterior windows from £3.50 each window. Ask for it when you request your quote.
