How much does end of tenancy cleaning cost?
Our end of tenancy cleaning price list starts from £155 for a studio, £200 for 1 to 2 beds, £275 for 3 beds, £370 for 4 beds and £480 for 5 beds. The final price is confirmed on your quote. Extras such as carpet cleaning are priced separately.
Is there a re-clean if my agent is not happy?
Yes. If you report an issue within 72 hours, we will re-clean the area free of charge.
Do you offer move out cleaning near me?
Yes. We cover England, Wales and Scotland, including London, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, Leeds, Liverpool, Edinburgh and Brighton. Our teams are local, and each team covers up to 25 miles around its base. Check our UK coverage or call us.
Do I need to supply any cleaning products?
No. Our cleaners bring all products and equipment. You only need to give access to the property.
Is carpet cleaning included?
