Cancellation Policy
By using any of our services, including Cleaning, Moving, and Handyman services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Free & Paid Cancellation Timeline
- ✔ Free Cancellation: Cancel at least 72 hours before the job start time – no charge.
- ⚠ 30% Charge: Cancel between 48 and 24 hours before the job start – 30% of total job value will be charged.
- ⚠ 50% Charge: Cancel between 24 and 10 hours before the job – 50% of total job value will be charged.
- ❌ Full Charge: Cancel less than 10 hours before the job – 100% of total job value will be charged.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
You may cancel or reschedule using any of the following methods:
- 📞 By calling our customer service team
- 💬 Live chat during working hours
- 📧 Emailing our support team
- 🌐 Using the online booking portal (if applicable)
Additional Rescheduling & Charges
- 🕒 24-hour notice is required to reschedule a booking
- ❗ Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice – 25% fee applies
- ❗ Rescheduling less than 48 hours before – £25 fee
- ✔ Rescheduling at least 2 days before – no charge
Important Notices
- ❌ We reserve the right to refuse service if a property is deemed hazardous. If this occurs and we are unable to carry out the service, a £100 non-refundable fee will apply.
- ⚠ If the Customer provides incorrect booking details and the team is turned away, a £65 fee will be charged.
- 🔁 Our company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule in the event of accidents, staff illness, or unforeseen circumstances.
- 🚫 Parking fees, Congestion Charges, and ULEZ are not included in quotes and remain the Customer’s responsibility.
