10/10Easy to set-up online. Lots of information, kept in touch and sent me a reminder the day before the clean was due. Cleaners arrived on time and did an excellent job.

8/10There were a few issues in the morning where the cleaner rang saying they had no carpet cleaner and that wasn’t part of the service j had paid for. It was clearly part of the itemised invoice I had already paid so I am not sure where the confusion had arisen but it took a few different phone calls to resolve. I am told by the property management company that the end result was good.
