8/10Great service from the cleaners. However, I was misquoted how the extrnal windows are counted, this was not explained, so I ended up paying more than originallly agreed.
9/10For the most part absolutely 5star service. Cleaners arrived 25-30mins late and didn’t let me know they were stuck in traffic. Created unnecessary stress on my handover day.

10/10From my first contact with the office staff I felt reassured. The removal. team arrived punctually and were good natured and sensitive to my requirements. They were respectful and non-intrusive, which is not an easy task when emptying a house after many years. The foreman, Art, stood out as being particularly good at his job.
